All pre-applications accepted during the open time frame will be prioritized based on preferences, date, and time for selection when vouchers are available.

CBE Housing Choice Voucher Program
The CBE Voucher Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Housing Choice Voucher Program, commonly referred to as Section 8. The program assists eligible households, including individuals with disabilities, in securing safe, decent, and affordable rental housing in the private market.
Eligibility is based on household income and household size. Due to the limited availability of vouchers, CBE periodically opens its pre-application waitlist for a designated submission period.
